These software products are currently installed on equipment located at the DMCs in St. Louis, MO and Rock Island, IL. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 15 days of this announcement. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
