This contract will include construction and build-out of a new 3,200 square foot Post Office including demolition of existing Post Office building and provision and build-out of temporary trailer to house postal operations during construction. The Notice to Proceed for construction will be issued pending local building permits as well as MDE approval. The Postal Service makes awards based on best value. To assist in the evaluation of supplier capability and past performance, the Offeror MUST INCLUDE with his/her offer all of the following: 1. Financial Statement (within last 12 months); 2. List of 5 largest completed jobs within the last two (2) years; 3. Provide a listing of current projects; 4. Provide actual work to be performed by your firm, excluding subcontractors. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best combination of Technical Proposal, Business Proposal (cost/price), and other factors considered. The primary areas to be used in determining which proposal is most advantageous to the Postal Service are listed in descending order of importance: Past experience; Financial Capability; Price.
