These areas will be renovated to incorporate the new Postal Retail Store concept including new interior signage. This project will also include the construction of a new addition of approximately 6,000 sf, to the Northside of the existing facility, and the extension of the lookout gallery. Also included is the expansion of the employee parking area by 14 spaces, and customer spaces by 5. The work includes but is not limited to site work, structures, finishes, mechanical, electrical, roofing, plumbing and related work. This work will have to be paused in order to maintain Postal Operations during construction or possibly the use of trailer for Postal Operations. The estimated price range is between $800,000 and $1,100,000 with completion within 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor's Certification (Environmental) is to be submitted prior to acceptance of the work to the Contracting Officer. The document must also be prepared and submitted for any new material furnished or installed in the project.
