The contract resulting from this solicitation will include the renovation of the existing customer service lobbies which includes the service lobby and the lock box lobbies. These areas will be renovated to incorporate the new Postal Retail Store concept including new interior signage. It will also include the construction of a new addition, of approximately 10,000 sf, to the west side of the existing facility and the extension of the Lookout Gallery and replacement of the exisiting Lookout Gallery along the west wall of the workroom. Also included is the expansion of the employee parking by 32 spaces. The work includes but is not limited to site work, structures, finishes, mechanical, electrical, roofing, plumbing and related work. This work will have to phased in order to maintain Postal Operatons during construction or possibly the use of a trailer for Postal Operations. The estimated price range is between $960,000 and 1.2 mil with completion within 210 calendar days afer receipt of the Notice to Proceed. No bid bond is required with your offer.
