Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, has a project entitled Security Fencing and Communication Improvements, National Animal Disease Center (NADC), Ames, IA. The work includes but is not limited to: Work includes installation of chain link security fencing and electric-operated entry gates, connections to existing keycard access control system, extension of existing fiber-optic and communication cables, and upgrading existing computer-based building management system. The Magnitude of Construction is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance will be 210 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
