Trailer construction consists of heavy formed welded steel chasis, two wheel, single axle, 2000 lb capacity, 14 gauge removable welded steel housing with two lockable liftup doors on stainless steel piano hinges, stabilized by four heavy duty, 2000 lb capacity swivel type leveling jacks (1 tongue, 2 outrigger, and 1 rear mounted), heavy duty 2" ball or 3" ring hitch, and thirty U.S. gallon fuel capacity fuel tank. Tower construction consists of tubular steel three section telescoping, 360 degree rotating tower for light adjustment at ground level, center point lifting eye attached to the base section and forklift pockets, and two 1500 lb. capacity manual, non-reversing, clutch type safety winches for tower erection and telescoping. Electrical system consists of four 1000 watt metal halide wide area floodlights producing 440,000 initial lumens of light, high efficiency, die-cast aluminum fixtures with bulb protection, open core and coil type ballasting system with external capacitors mounted in four individual compartments, oil and grease resistant S-O type cable wiring with weather protected, twist lock connectors on all external wiring, two 115 volt, 20 amp and one 230 volt, 30 amp twist lock receptacles with circuit protection, all short circuit and overload protection, elapsed time meter, oil pressure gauge, battery charging ammeter, and ignition switch. Generating system consists of 3 cylinder, 4 cycle liquid diesel engine rated at 10.5 continuous BHP @1800 RPM, equipped with 12 volt electrical starter and alternator, fuel filter, oil filter, dry type air cleaner, belts and hoses, 6KW, 120/240 VAC, single phase, 60 cycle (1800 RPM), brushless internally regulated generator, operating noise level of 68 dBA at 10', consuming .5 gallons per hour at full load. Engine shall be filled with oil and run with all lights operating for a minimum of one hour prior to final inspection and shipment to ensure quality control of each unit. Finish: winches and leveling jacks shall be zinc plated for rust protection, tower, trailer, outriggers and housing shall undergo 5-step phosphatizing cleaning process prior to being coated with white powder coat paint.
