Amendment 0001 is issued to: 1) revise the minimum and maximum amounts as follows: for the base year, the Government will place orders totaling a minimum of: CLIN 0001: $5,000; CLIN 0002: $1,000; and CLIN 0003: $3,000. The minimum amounts to be awarded over the life of the contract are as follows: CLIN 0001: $9,000; CLIN 0002: $5,000; and CLIN 0003: $7,000. The maximum amount of all orders for the base year will not exceed: CLIN 0001: $200,000; CLIN 0002: $150,000; and CLIN 0003: $100,000. The maximum amount to be awarded over the life of the contract will not exceed: CLIN 0001: 1,000,000; CLIN 0002: $750,000; and CLIN 0003: $500,000; 2) notify offerors that there will only be one (1) awardee for any individual CLIN; 3) change the estimated release date of the solicitation from July 24, 1998 to August 11, 1998; and 4) change the estimated due date for receipt of proposals from August 14, 1998 to August 28, 1998.
