CONTRACT INFORMATION: The government intends to solicit/negotiate and award a sole source, firm-fixed-price engineering service contract to O'Brien & Gere for hydrologic modeling as part of a feasibility study. The only appropriate software for this study is the SWMM-XP H&H Model. O'Brien & Gere has been working with the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District over the past three years and at a cost of several millions of dollars to develop a computer model of the study area using this software to this particular stage in this project.
