The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, has identified a requirement for replacement of aging high-water-use plumbing fixtures with new water conserving fixtures. Work shall be performed in occupied government-owned residences or buildings anywhere along the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform all work in a manner consistent with the best practices of the trades involved, and shall complete the contract in a satisfactory and acceptable fashion in full compliance with the plans, specifications and terms of the contract, while adhering to all applicable Federal, State and local regulations. This procurement action is estimated to be between $35,000.00 and $80,000.00.
