The geographical area of the competition is unlimited. Construction consists of a single story building (approx 170' by 170'). The building will consist of loading areas as well as operations, communications, training, command and administrative facilities. The building construction will consist of exterior insulated precast concrete wall panels with a built-up roof system. Site work will include utilities and parking areas. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 26 August 1998, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. It has been determined that the number of CD-ROMs will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Requests for plans and specifications must be made in writing (or via home page indicated below) to the Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, PO Box 61, Tulsa, OK 74121-0061.
