The USPS controlled site is 24,000 square feet. The building to be constructed will contain approximately 2,585 net interior square feet, and have an enclosed loading dock of 3,095 square feet, and approximately 18,000 square feet of parking and maneuvering. The building will be leased for a twenty (20) year base term with purchase options. The Postal Service reserves the right to negotiate with any and all offerors.
