The geographical area of participation is unlimited. Construct a vehicle fuel storage facility consisting of a tank storage area, truck loading and unloading areas, vehicle fueling stations with canopy and a control house. The tank storage area will hold three 151,416 liter JP-8 tanks, two 56,781 liter MOGAS concrete enclosed tanks, and one 113,562 liter diesel split tank. A separate compressed natural gas fueling station will be an option to the contract. A 30 SM control house will be constructed at the entrance to the facility. A 14 SM motor starter house is also required. Both structures will meet 1994 UBC, Group B occupancy classification and construction materials Type II-N. Other requirements include concrete paving, storm drainage, fuel spillage containment structure, security fencing and utilities. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plan and specifications will be available on or about September 8, 1998, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. It has been determined that the number of Compact Disks will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
