Regan (412) 365-5440 The Government is accepting proposals for a general construction contractor to upgrade and develop five (5) existing underground fuel storage tanks at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System facilities (University Drive) and (Aspinwall). Work includes upgrade but not necessarily is limited to the following: Replacement of existing vent lines with new dispensers, overflow and spill protection, cathodic protection testing and monitoring in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. The proposed work is to be performed in accordance with VA specifications and drawings. CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED BY THE STATE PADER.
