On or about 8/10/98, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for construction of GMF at St Louis MO. Proposals will be opened on 08/28/98 at 3:00 PM. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000. Description of the work is Rooftop Parking Deck Renovation. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 420 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
