Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the installation of new rooftop chilled/hot water AHU on Building 11 to supply air to rooms 420 thru 427. The system will include: piping, ducts, power and mounting of the new unit complete; removing various miscellaneous duct sections and diffusers; installing a new VAV box and duct from existing HVAC system to supply air to rooms 429 thru 433.
