The project consists of demolition of existing fixtures and finishes and construction of reconfigured master and half bathrooms within the same space of 4 each Type II units on Hill and Pope Terrace, Battle Road Glen, Hanscom AFB, Ma. The principle items of work include but are not limited to reconfiguring plumbing and electrical systems, installing new waterproof wall board throughout, new plumbing, lighting, and electrical fixtures, vanities, new exhaust fans and ducting, new ceramic tile on flooring and walls, constructing closet space and painting walls. NOTE: CONSTRUCTION COST FOR EACH UNIT CANNOT EXCEED THE STATUTORY LIMIT OF $15,000. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance is 30 calendar days to complete each unit.
