PRESOLICITATION NOTICE- Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: a heating system upgrade for three (3) buildings. Connect to existing system, fabricate additional duct runs, install electronic zone damper, thermostat, and gravity bypass pump. Provide start-up, balancing and temperature adjustments to system. Two buildings require removal and disposal of existing duct furnace and installation of new furnace and ductwork transitions. Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period will be negotiated between 30 and 60 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 25 AUG 98 with a BOD of 9 SEP 98. There is no charge for this package. This project is open to both large and small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
