The project involves all labor, material, equipment, tools, travel and performance of all operations required to meet the requirements of remodeling of bathrooms indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract in various buildings at Hanscom AFB, MA in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. The principal items of work include but are not necessarily limited to: demolition, rough and finished carpentry, replacement of existing fixtures, partitions, plumbing, electric, HVAC, tile work floors, ceilings, and finishes. The work is to be issued on a delivery order basis for the life of the contract. The contract will be for one year, plus a one year bid option. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The guaranteed minimum total for the life of the contract is $10,000 with a maximum total of $2,000,000 for the life of the contract.
