Provide design services including detailed cost estimates, design development, contract documents and construction period services for the project to include the demolition of 3 old barrack style buildings in Vancouver, (approximately 23,000 sqft) and construction of a 15,000 sqft new building. The demolition will include asbestos abatement and lead paint abatement. Drawings are to be done on CAD compatible with version 14 A copy of the drawings are to be submitted to the VA on disc at the end of the project and considered to be the property of the VA. The construction cost range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Selection and award is subject to the avialability of funds in fiscal year 1998.
