The maintenance services for the software listed below includes usage rights, enhancements, correction of errors and omissions, and all updates necessary for synchronization in the NCC computing environmental. The Agency's requirement for maintenance support is for the following software modules: AM:PM, ASYNC ARBITER, DATA DICTIONARY, EXTERNAL FILE INTERFACE, INTERATIVE SESSION, LU2 DEVICE DRIVER AUPPORT, REMOTE DISK ENVIRONMENT, TASL, TOKEN RING DRIVER, TPPI-FOCUS. EPA believes Tangram Enterprise Solutions is the only vendor capable of satisfying the software maintenance requirements stated above.
