SSP intends to enter into this agreement with Alliant Techsystems Inc., Bacchus Works, Magna, Utah since (1) it is the only known source having the on-site experience with the inspection of strategic missile systems, and (2) sources other than the plant host are precluded by the terms of the Treaty.
