Wild (785) 239-0485 (Site Code DAKF19) The project consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and transportation to: Remove all friable and category II asbestos from the Building. Building 7253 is a three (3) story brick building with a basement. All salvable materials are to be pallitized stacked and banded and removed to DRMO. There are approximately 90 window air conditioners to be removed and salvaged. Demolition of building and foundations is to include all sidewalks, all bituminous and concrete pads around the building, signs, or any other appurtenances in the demolition area. Cap all water and gas lines at the main and abandon in place. Plug all sanitary server services and the main and abandon in place. Site grade area back to the original ground contours and seed. The addition of topsoil may be required. Topsoil location will be given at the time required and will be obtained not more than ten miles from the site. Proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Type. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 20 Aug 98 and will open on or about 20 Sep 98. This procurement is unrestricted. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1795. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $7.0Mil annual receipts.
