The Contractor must be a graduate of a recognized, approved dental hygienist program, possess a program certificate to practice in the State of Florida, have a minimum of one year's documented experience and be willing to work in a correctional environment. The period of performance will be from 10/01/98_09/30/98 with three, one-year possible option renewal periods for a total of four years.
