T -- INTERPRETIVE EXHIBITS AND SIGNS SOL RFQ 98-8408 DUE 092298 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 The purpose of this solicitation is to provide (fabricate) exhibits and signs for the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area Visitor Center, Siuslaw National Forest, Douglas County, Oregon. This includes a Welcome Exhibit, Geology in Action, Human History, Natural History, and a Seasonal Exhibit Panel. Exhibits are connected with cast sand dunes to connect themes. Also included, as part of this solicitation, are interior lighting and sound systems. The Government will provide the Designs for all interpretive exhibits and signs. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work. Contract time is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start work date is October 1998. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
