The work includes: removing concrete foundations, steel structures, electrical equipment, transformers, control cable, and insulators; excavation for foundations and trenches, backfill, and sandfill; construct foundations for steel structures and electrical equipment; provide cable trench and metalwork; install Government-furnished transformers, power circuit breaker, disconnecting switches, and circuit switcher; furnish and install grounding system, conduit, insulated conductors and cables, bus systems, and substation signs. Unrestricted solicitation. All responsible bidders will be considered. Estimated cost of the project is between $100,000 and $500,000.
