58 -- COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT DUE 082798 POC Brian Wilkins, 202/927/7715 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF)intends to procure a SOLE SOURCE with Dialogic Communications Corp. A system comprised of personal computer, 16-port talker boards, 2 modems and specialized software for operation of an on site/off site automated dialing and/or message delivery system that calls designated people, informs them of emergency or other information, and/or receives certain information from contacted individuals. The system must be able to simultaneously make outbound calls while taking incoming calls and must allow remote activation via touch-tone telephone of any notification scenario including remote suspension and reactivation of scenarios. System must allow execution of multiple call-out scenarios simultaneously and scenarios may be prioritize. Operators must have the ability to graphically tag roster members in and out lists, upon scenario activation. System must provide the ability to automatically start scenarios based on the day of month and/or time of day . An off-site back-up of key scenarios must be provided. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. This procurement will follow Simplified Acquisitions Procedures.
