The FSC classes are 5835, 5836 and 7045. The commodities include video tapes, audio tapes, computer tapes, computer diskettes, disk packs and cartridges, optical disks (CD ROMS), anti-glare/radiation screens, cleaning supplies, ergonomic devices (mouse pads, wrist and foot rests, etc.), physical storage, security, protective and related ADP supplies, Introduction to New Products and remanufactured toner cartridges. All items must be commercial. The services category will include installation, maintenance, repair and imprint services for ADP/Telecommunications Media Supplies. In addition, supplies and services may be provided on an international basis for ADP/Telecommunications. Proposals may include recycled items, but must be specified as such. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will be in effect for five (5) years from the date of award, unless further extended or cancelled pursuant to the appropriate contract clause(s). All resulting contracts will be indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and will require contractors to submit electronic contract data in a prescribed format for addition to the GSA Advantage! program.
