Prospective offerors shall be able to submit information pertaining to: (1) Technical approach in which the offeror must clearly demonstrate the ability to satisfy the SOW requirement; Personnel experience and performance requirement; capabilityto meet delivery requirements; and (2) Past Performance which the offeror shall submit a list of all government or commercial contracts that were completed in the last three years. If a significant portion of the work to be performed is proposed to be accomplished by a subcontractor of the offeror, three customers of the proposed subcontractor shall be submitted.
