The Navy has a requirement for maintenance training for AN/ALD-10 for approximately 20 people and will be held in two (2) each separate weekly sessions at the contractors site. The training shall consist of Maintenance of the AN/ALD-10 Direction Finding System and all applicable receivers. Lockheed Sanders will provide handout materials and Student Guides, which will assist with additional fleet training. The Government will negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Sanders, Nashua, New Hampshire. Lockheed Sanders is the original equipment manufacturer of the AN/ALD-10 Direction Finding System. All data is proprietary to Lockheed Sanders. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Training is required 120 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
