Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(1) based on only one known source for this product. The software provides complete data management for predictive maintenance services. The single-user version is currently utilized in the Chadwick-Helmuth Vibration Monitoring System. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. This requirement will be purchased under FAR Part 12 -- Acquisition of Commercial Items. A commercial item is defined as any item, other than real property, that is of a type customarily used for non-governmental purposes and that has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public.
