This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. F2660098Q2005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. Solicitation is reserved for small business concerns. The SIC for this solicitation is 7349. The small business size standard is $12 million in annual gross revenue for the previous three fiscal years. Item description as follows: Non Personal Service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide exterior cleaning to The Thunderbird Hanger, BLDG 292, Nellis AFB in accordance with the attached statement of work. The period to be covered is 1 Oct 98 to 30 Sept 99 with (4) four option years. There are (10) line items included in this solicitation. See Bid Schedule for breakdown of line items Offers are to be based on a single cleaning of each type. A site visit will be conducted 25 Aug 98. The time will is yet to be determined. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror whose offer will result in the lowest technically acceptable price. The government will evaluate options for award purpose by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement for the total five-year period. The government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the government to exercise the options.
