Rockwell is the manufacturer of the majority of the critical components of these systems and is the developer of and owner of data rights to all software thereupon. The contract will be for a three (3) year period. This solicitation is releasable to U.S. firms only. Requests from U.S. firms must be submitted in writing to the above address and must include business size. All responsible U.S. sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
