Orthopedic Specialty Physician services to be provided to the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System. The contract physician will be predominately assigned at Castle Point Campus, Castle Point, NY, however, if future dictates occasionally may have to address consults at FDR Campus, Montrose, NY and/or various satellite clinics. Physician services will be provided two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday, eight hours each day, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Days are subject to change based on patient needs. Physician must be Board Certified, an american citizen, english speaking, hold a license in any state, all in accordance with the solicitation. Award will be made for an initial 12 month period, with options to extend for two additional years. Solicitation documents will be available o/a 8/21/98.
