Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Multi-year, firm fixed price nonpersonal service type contract for a Board Certified Family Practice Physician to provide on-site clinical direct patient care to beneficiaries who reside in the Winner, South Dakota area, who are served by the Rosebud Service Unit and who have no alternative resource for payment of health care. Contract Family Practice Physician shall cover the range of general out-patient clinical medical services typically provided in a similar rural civilian practice of similar size. Contract terms are for one year from date of award, plus two (2) one year option years not to exceed a three year period.
