R -- COURIER SERVICES FOR OUTLYING BRANCH CLINICS LABORATORY TESTS SOL N00168-99-Q-3008 DUE 082098 POC Ms. Tracy Holland (301) 295-0286 The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) has consolidated routine clinical laboratory test services from three outlying sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The period of performance shall be 01 Oct 98 thru 30 Sept 99. This consolidation requires courier services to pick up specimens and transport them back to the NNMC Bethesda, MD on a daily basis. This courier service will be responsible for the consistent and reliable system of transportation for the same day pick up and delivery of specimens on a routine daily basis. The Government will select the offer which provides the greatest value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussion and/or negotiations. No telephone calls will be accepted concerning this requirement. Solictation packages will be available until close of business 20 Aug 98, by fax to (301) 295-0286. The estimated date of award shall be 27 Aug 98. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This acquisition is set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures(SAP).
