Solicitation number F41636-98-R0117 for Photography Services for Lackland AFB is modified to include the following information: Non-Personal services: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and transportation necessary to furnish photographs of scheduled military personnel(estimated quantity of 34,000 sets). The period of performace will be from 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sept 03, which includes one (basic) and four option years. contractor shall photograph persons in blue uniform, process film and print one each black and white 2 1/2" x 2 1/3" photo, and return negatives and photos to the Public Affairs Office, lackland AFB, TX, within 10 workdays after the photos are taken. The contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA), Department of Defense and United States Air Force regulations (examples: Directives, manuals, and instructions).
