Clayton, (914) 737-4400, ext. 2077 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to Replace Oil Tanks, at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, FDR Campus, Montrose, NY. Work will include but not be limited to demolition and removal of seven (7) underground petroleum storage tanks, three (3) fuel dispenser pumps, piping and other components of the fuel storage and distribution system which are not scheduled for reuse, and removal and disposal of any contaminated soil which may be encountered during tank removals, and; The installation of three (3) new aboveground petroleum storage tanks, three (3) new underground petroleum storage tanks, two (2) new fuel dispensing pumps, monitoring devices, piping and other components of the fuel storage and distribution system, as described in the plans and specifications. Acquiring all necessary permits, insurance, bonds, taxes and fees, common excavation (tank removal and trenching), rock excavation (approximately 10 cubic yards), demolition, removal and replacement of existing roadways, walks and other paved surfaces as necessary, backfilling and compacting, relandscaping, removal of all project related debris. Construction duration is 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Issue date is on or about August 27, 1998. BOD is September 25, 1998 at 2:00PM local time. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. Availability of solicitation packages is limited and will be issued on a first com first serve basis until supply is exhausted.
