The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) intends to issue a sole source modification to contract GS03K-96-DSD-1004 with AT&T Systems Leasing Corporation, 2555 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48303 for the acquisition of an additional 1200 users and technical support services. The additional users and technical services are required for the continued development and deployment of STAR. The services will be required from date of award through 22 August 1999. The technical Support Services include, but are not limited to the following: Software installation on LANs and workstations, software configuration and modifications, data mapping and conversion, customized reports and unique programs, implementation and operation of telecommunications and data communications, database administration, MS DOS/Windows, software copies, software documentation, system maintenance, software updates and releases, hot-line technical support and training. The technical support services requirement includes: 230 class days of Formal Implementation Hands-on Training; 80 classes of Management Overview/Reports Training; 2,470 each of Formal Implementation Hands-on Material; 430 each of Management Overview/Reports Material; 23,200 man-hours to be distributed among labor categories of Program Manger, Implementation Manager, Sr Software Engineer, Sr Programmer Engineer, Journeyman Programmer Analyst and Technical Writer; 6 months of hotline support and related travel support.
