Four areas in four different buildings now contain segments of the Mental Health Clinic, Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatement, PCT and IPCC. The building would be two stories due to campus site restricitons and would contain patient care rooms on both floors. The project will include deisgn of all connecting sidewalks, parking, and landscape. The design program would necessarily involve the siting of the structure with regards to available space and functional relationships to other medical programs. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Qualified firms are invited to submit SF 254s and SF 255s to include all relevant information regarding past projects similar to to this project. THIS ACQUISITION IS LIMITED TO FIRMS WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF BOISE IDAHO. All responses are to be received prior to 1:00 p.m.MST 9/14/98.
