intends to establish an urgent fixed quantity repair contract to
satisfy MICAP's against the F-16 HUD AFT Monitor. Work shall be
accomplished IAW Appendices A and C. Item 0001 HUD AFT Monitor, Test
and Evaluation, NSN: 1270-01-357-1351WF, P/N: 146240-13 or NSN
1270-01-357-9296WF, P/N: 146240-11 or NSN 1270-01- 278-4724WF, P/N:
146240-9/-7, 30 each. Item 0002 Repair not requiring CRT replacement,
11 each. To include all required reports and data. The contractor shall
provide all labor and other parts/materials and equipment to accomplish
this effort. Delivery: 45 days after receipt of reparable end item.

Sep 98. The anticipated award date will be 23 Sep 98. Written procedure

appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during
the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or
contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues,
disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
