The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to perform the following work: (1) Furnish commercial-grade duplicating equipment, including one color copier, and perform complete operation and maintenance for the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office duplicating facility located in Boulder City, Nevada; (2) Furnish eleven low-volume copiers to be dispersed in various locations within the Lower Colorado Regional Office; (3) Furnish one large duplicating machine capable of making copies of full-size (21" by 36") drawings; and (4) Provide service maintenance agreements for the low-volume copiers and the large copier. The proposed contract time is one calendar year plus four 1-year option periods. Total contract time is not to exceed five years. The location of the work is Boulder City, Nevada, which is approximately 20 miles southeast of Las Vegas, Nevada, in Clark County. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is August 20, 1998. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is September3, 1998.
