The work also involves complete renovation of the HVAC and fire protection systems and upgrading of the electrical system at the Philadelphia Job Corps Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Asbestos/lead abatement during demolition work is identified in the specifications and drawings. The estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The estimated completion time is scheduled for 238 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
