These services will include analysis of draft materials and references, production of a draft manual for peer review and incorporation of those comments into a final copy in specific electronic format. The period of performance for the effort is 9 months from the date of the award, including one month of peer review by the Agency. EPA intends to issue a request for a written quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 13 -- Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date for this simplified acquisition is on or before 9/28/98. This is a total small business set-aside. The applicable SIC code is 8731.
