Work is part of a conversion of existing 1900 Sq. Ft. office space into an analytical lab and radiology suite. Work will include, but is not limited to selective demolition, plaster ceilings, HVAC, and related piping and electrical work. HVAC work includes an air handler with 100% outside air and/or return air capability, heating and cooling coils, filters (HEPA), ductwork, exhaust fans condensing unit, piping controls, and accessories. Electrical work includes lighting, protective devices, cable, conduit and tie-ins to facilitate the above. Selective patching of floors, walls, and ceilings, firestopping materials shall be applies to meet required fire ratings.
