14 -- HARPOON TACTICAL TRAINING SOL N00019-98-G-0173 POC Contact, Kraig Draper, Phone (301) 757-5922 Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) intends to establish Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0173 for training and support, and will award delivery orders under this BOA. The delivery orders will be for the Harpoon Captive Air Training Missile Mission Software, and Tactical Training Program for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The proposed action will provide for the procurement of Harpoon Integrated Tactical Training Systems (HITTS) computer hardware and software; Harpoon Engagement Training Air (HETA) computer hardware and software; Surface Launch Organic Tactical Training System (SLOTTS) computer hardware and software; country specific software development; hardware and software follow-on support; HITT, HETA, and SLOTTS Operator training; HITTS, HETA, AND SLOTTS software training; and target training. include all such country specific Antisurface Warfare (ASUW) support training; Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of computer software; analysis and development support of integrated command and launch system computer software; exercise reconstruction computer software; HWS targeting tutorial software; ASUW training; curriculum and software documentation; Harpoon Weapon System Tactical Employment Manual (HWSTEM); tactical manuals; technical manuals; Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR); Critical Design Reviews (CDR); site surveys; Over The Horizon (OTH) surveys; tactical and technical capabilities briefings; HWS scenario support; HWS data analysis support; classification guidelines; and technical data. NAVAIR intends to award these orders during FY 99-FY 01 to Delex Systems Inc. (DSI) 1953 Gallows Road, Suite 700, Vienna Virginia 22182-3991. Delex Systems Inc. is the only known firm possessing the required technical knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and experience to perform this effort with in the required time frame.
