This system includes the analyzer, analyzer accessories, maintenance kit, computer, printer, software upgrades and training. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for the period 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
