The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland intends to enter into and place a class of orders under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Leland Electrosystems, Inc. P.O. Box 128, 740 East National Road, Vandalia, OH 45377. The BOA will be established with Leland Electrosystems, Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the data needed to perform the required services and is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The BOA will provide for repair, modification, malfunction analysis, test and evaluation and field service support of Leland electric power equipment components contained in DoD aircraft for a period of three years.
