It is anticipated that the solicitation will be prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for a base period of 12 months with four (4) one-year options. It is anticipated that technical proposals will consist primarely of oral presentations along with submission of supplementary written material. The primary purpose of applying this innovative approach is to save the offeror time and money in proposal preparation and reduce the Government's evaluation time. Award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable selection process. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
