The Government will negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Sanders, Surveillance Systems Division, Nashua, New Hampshire. Lockheed Sanders is the original equipment manufacturer of the Pathfinder High Band Antenna Cable and has exclusive rights to the proprietary data. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Study will begin 30 days after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN.
