Curtis (Site Code W31XNJ) Work includes construction of one fueling station for tracked vehicles and one fueling station for wheeled vehicles. Each fueling station has several vehicle fueling points. The project also includes construction of a fuel tank farm with fuel unloading and loading points, a small admin./operations building, approximately 1/4 mile of fuel pipeline, and related earthwork, paving, utilities, clearing and grubbing. Critical path method (Network Analysis System) is required. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $17,000,000 for the past three years.
